Hotel Information
The conference will be held at the Hilton Baltimore Hotel located at 401 West Pratt Street, Baltimore, Maryland. The hotel’s main number is 443-573-8700. Attendees will be responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements. The group rate for our conference is $121 plus 15.5% tax for single or double occupancy on Sunday, February 27 and Monday, February 28 only, and $144 plus tax for March 1-3, 2011. These rates will be guaranteed only if reservations are made by February 4, 2011. For those wishing to come early or stay late, a limited number of rooms may be available at the group rate if reserved by February 4. Attendees will be asked to confirm their reservations with a credit card, and the first night’s stay will be billed immediately as a deposit. Cancelled reservations are the responsibility of the individual attendee, and may be cancelled 72 hours before arrival with a full refund of the deposit.
The Hilton Baltimore Hotel is one of the city’s newest hotels and located across the street from Camden Yards, home of the Baltimore Orioles baseball team. The hotel is also only a few blocks from Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, a prime restaurant and shopping area. Attendees can access the Inner Harbor as well as other popular downtown areas through the “Circulator”, a complimentary city bus that stops in front of the Hilton every 10 minutes.
All rooms at the Hilton Baltimore Hotel feature work stations with ergonomic desk chairs, high-definition flat screen televisions and alarm clocks with MP3 capability. The hotel also offers a fully-equipped fitness center, indoor pool and whirlpool. All conference attendees will also have complimentary internet access in their guest rooms.

The conference plenary session, most workshops, the Networking Fair and registration will all be located on the hotel’s Second Floor.
